Buyer and Buyer’s Agent only solicit homes in which sellers are willing to pay for the buyers’ agent fees. That fee must be part of the Broker Representation Form, and it should state that if the seller is unwilling to pay the buyer’s agent, then the buyer cannot purchase that home and must find one that will.
